Jackson Brothers Refuse to Point Fingers for Michael's Death

Five months after Michael Jackson's death and with a homicide investigation still under way, Jackson's brothers think its too soon to blame anyone.

It's "premature to point fingers and say who did what," Tito Jackson told The Associated Press. His brother, Jackie, shared the same sentiment and told the AP he wants to wait until the investigation by Los Angeles police is complete before placing blame.

LaToya Jackson: "I believe Michael was murdered"

The Jackson brothers' stance contrasts with that of their sisters, LaToya and Janet. Both sisters have publicly faulted Jackson's personal physician, Conrad Murray. LaToya told Inside Edition it was Murray who murdered her brother and Janet said she felt Murrary was responsible in an interview with ABC's Robin Roberts last month.

Tito and Jackie, as well as brothers Jermaine and Marlon, are promoting their new A&E reality series The Jacksons: A Family Dynasty, which premieres Sunday at 9/8c.

The administrators of Michael Jackson's estate and a cadre of attorneys are seeking millions for managing the King of Pop's affairs after death, court documents filed Tuesday show.

It's unclear how much exactly will be paid out.

The administrators of Jackson's estate, attorney John Branca and music executive John McClain, are seeking five percent of money the estate has earned so far.

The administrators and attorneys have not been paid since Jackson's death on June 25, the filings state.

The estate may have earned $100 million or more with the sale of rights to the concert film "This Is It," new music releases and merchandising agreements.

But Jackson's estate also faces significant debt and a lawsuit cites at least 10 lawsuits that are still pending. They include suits over the rights to "Thriller," Jackson's iconic song and music video directed by John Landis, and lawsuits filed by former associates.

The filings state that a detailed accounting of the estate's earnings is not ready, but attorneys have filed some financial records for the judge to review.

Many experts believe that Jackson's estate earnings could eclipse those of another famous, and profitable, music icon — Elvis Presley.

"Unlike the typical estate, the operation of Michael Jackson's estate is more akin to the operation of a multimillion dollar business enterprise," attorney Jeryll S. Cohen wrote in a filing.

She wrote that many of the attorneys working the case have spent up to 14 hours a day on the case, and that not approving the fees soon will create a financial hardship.

Branca is asking the five percent be paid to his firm. The filing states he is not asking for a personal fee for administration of the estate.

Payments would also go to a variety of firms, including one representing the interests of Jackson's children.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff has scheduled a hearing for Jan. 4 to decide how much can be paid out.

Michael Jackson FBI file to be declassified before Christmas
Sources at the FBI have told Examiner.com that the federal law enforcement agency will declassify Michael Jackson's FBI files, and that the agency will make them available to the public within thirty-six to forty-eight hours.

Michael Jackson's FBI file contains 679 pages that were reviewed by the government agency. 333 pages will be released, leaving 343 pages of the late pop star's file to remain classified information. Those pages will remain secret.

The still classified documents about Michael Jackson consist of six files, the FBI told Examiner.com.

The FBI processed ninety-five classifications. The file emanating from FBI headquarters consist of several small files. There are seven files that comprise Michael Jackson's FBI documents.

The main FBI file for Michael Joseph Jackson is file number HQ 1148159. The Quantico file number is 252B-1R-6808. The LEGAT London file is 62-DLO-1179. The rest of Michael Jackson's FBI files are Los Angeles files. Their corresponding file numbers are 9A-LA-142276, 62-D-LA-236081, 62D-LA162715, 305B-LA-239204.

Sources at the FBI told Examiner.com that although they hope to have the file declassified by Tuesday, December 22, whether it will ultimately be done by that date is still not yet confirmed.

Due to the large number of requests that have been made to declassify Michael Jackson's files, the documents, compiled by FBI, will be made available via the internet. Michael Jackson's FBI file will be available for viewing online at the FBI's website when it is released.

Those wanting to read the MIchael Jackson FBI file will be able to view it is released by accessing it online at the agency's website. Viewers will be able to choose the "hot topics" link on the FBI website, which will take the reader to Michael Jackson's FBI file.

The FBI does not keep files on every citizen. However, the FBI has jurisdiction over crimes that consist of more than 200 categories of federal laws.

Jackson died on June 25,2009 in Los Angeles County, and was pronounced dead at UCLA Medical Center.

Law enforcement agents have been investigating allegations that the Jackson had been consuming painkillers, sedatives and antidepressants that may have contributed to his death at age 50. Law enforcement agencies including the federal Drug Enforcement Administration and California Attorney General Jerry Brown are helping Los Angeles police officers investigate the possible involvement of prescription drugs in Jackson's death.

Przed doktorem być może wielka telewizyjna kariera... Dr Murray Tv Special W innych miejscach dowiedzieć się można, że np. wystąpienie w kościele, kiedy to rzewnie płakał ma być częścią tego programu (klik)
Czy tylko ja nie rozumiem amerykańskiego systemu sprawiedliwości? Amerykańskiego poczucia sprawiedliwości? Przy nazwisku Murray wszędzie pojawia się info, że jest on objęty śledztwem, które trwa już pół roku i z którego nic nie wynika.

Michael Jackson's Doc loses another confidant to drug abuse
A loose associate of Michael Jackson's, Bruce Ayers, an employee for his old dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, was found dead today.

Bruce Ayers worked for Dr. Klein for three years and was known to abuse prescription pills even while he was employed with the doctor.

Dr. Klein stated that he was aware that Ayers was addicted to drugs when he hired him as a research assistant, but he believed that he was getting sober at the time. Klein states that when he realized that Ayers' drug problem had resurfaced in 2009, when 100 Percocet pills came up missing from his office, the doctor fired him.
Ayers apparently met Michael Jackson several times while working for Klein and was a known drug abuser.

When authorities discovered Ayers' body on Dec. 18, they also found hospital records showing that he had been hospitalized on three separate occasions for pain issues since August.

Ayers' cause of death is still under investigation pending toxicology reports.

Michael Jackson: MJ’s creditors claim over $20million

While Michael Jackson’s estate Neverland is making some money with the posthumous release of the late singer’s new album and movie This Is It which has succeeded in arousing a new interest among his fans , is faced with fresh claims made by some creditors who are demanding their dues which is more than $20.

It seems that the number of people who are turning up to claim their dues from the late King of the Pop is likely to be longer than his FBI file. The total estimate of such claims is reported to exceed $20 million.

To begin with, Dr Tohme Tohme claims $2.3million, a memorabilia collector claims $5 million, then there is someone who wants a cut from of the “thriller” music video , who claims $1 million and a law firm made a claim of $1.5 million. Besides, there are many law firms which are waiting to get their hands on of Michael Jackson’s estate.

But the estate won’t pay the alleged dues until or unless it gets the court order.
Michael Jackson has died last year on 25th June after he consumed some lethal drugs. His death is still been investigated by the US authorities.

My na dobrą sprawę nic nie wiemy, więc nie oceniajmy całej sprawy. Nie wiem, na ile wiarygodne były źródła mówiące o tym, jak Michael był reanimowany. Trudno by reanimować gościa, któremu się podało lek nasenny i o tym się wie. Reanimacją leku nie powstrzymamy.
Są ludzie, którzy się takimi sprawami zajmują, oni podejmują decyzję. Chciałabym, by prawda wyszła na jaw, ale jej nawet nie znam...

Nie wydaje mi się, że cokolwiek mu zrobią... skoro do tej pory o nic go nie oskarżyli... po ponad 7 miesiącach? Z tego co wiem, wszędzie na świecie jest tak, że pierwszy podejrzany o morderstwo delikwent zostaje od razu zatrzymany, osadzony w areszcie i sprawa toczy się - i to wiadomo. Tu nie wiadomo w zasadzie NIC. Sprawy zamiast z czasem wyjaśniać się, jeszcze bardziej się komplikują, portale tabloidowe (w tym oczywiście słynne TMZ) karmią nas newsami, że Murray będzie oskarżony, że coś się dzieje, a mnie osobiście wydaje się, że JEŻELI ta cała petycja od TINI, czy cokolwiek poszło do LAPD, to byli pod presją i musieli jakoś zareagować, ściągnąć znów tego pionka Murray'a i udać, że jednak coś się dzieje. Teraz Murray czeka na telefon od swoich prawników,bo wszyscy główkują o co i jak by go oskarżyć. To jakaś paranoja! Ja obserwuję to, oglądam jak jakąś tanią komedię kryminalną. Aleś ich, Michael wmanewrował! :D

Poza tym... wiecie nasunęło mi się wczoraj takie porównanie. Ta sprawa i to całe śledztwo jest jak MOONWALK - sprawia wrażenie, że idzie do przodu,a tak naprawdę się cofa!
I z całym szacunkiem dla tych, którzy wierzą w śmierć Michaela - nie dajcie się zabić w Los Angeles, bo oni nigdy nie ukarają waszego mordercy! ;))

Przed sądem w LAX są już media, Jacksonowie mają przyjechać za godzinę, Murray o 1:30 pm czasu LA. Będzie ten protest Samanthy, Karen i fanów, którzy mogli przyjechać, będzie na pewno Randy i La Toya i jakieś decyzje. Piszą, że Murray ma się dobrowolnie poddać.

Dancer's feet to rodzaj zespolu schorzen, ktore sie kumuluja na skutek wieloletniej praktyki tanca. dotyczy to zwlaszcza palcow, ktore sie do tanca przewiazuje sie paskim/ kawalkiem materialu - zeby bylo wygodniej wykonywac ewolucje. Taka stopa po czasie jest troche zdeformowana, pojawia sie bol etc., to jest czeste schorzenie tancerzy i ponoc Michaela tez to dotknelo (wybacz, ze nie zamieszczam linka do artykulow).
