"Michael Jackson is one of the reasons why I sing. When we met he was really cool people. He was really regular people. Everyone expects Michael Jackson to be this weird guy and he's not. He had a regular suit on. There was nothing weird about him. We talked about music, where he wanted to go direction-wise, how we'd get the records to one another. It was a very calm, regular meeting."

Widziałam też dziś na MTV wywiad z Akonem. Mówił, że nagrał z Michaelem HMH, potem opowiadał długo jak niezwykłym doznaniem i spełnieniem marzeń jest ta współpraca i na koniec dodał, że tracklista jego albumu nie jest jeszcze ostateczna, ale piosenka z Michaelem na pewno na płycie będzie.

Brytyjska gwiazda R'n'B Sway wczoraj rano dawał wywiad na Channel 4 w programie Freshly Squeezed.Część wywiadu miała miejsce poświęcone pytaniom na temat Michael'a(ze względu na to że Sway jest w stajni Akona),to jest to co w/w osobnik powiedział:

Że słyszał 10 piosenek z nadchodzącego nowego albumu Michael'a około 3 tygodnie temu,powiedział że te piosenki w większości brzmią jak Akon'owe ale z wokalem Michaela,klasycznego Michaela.

Jak wszyscy to wszyscy: również John Legend postanowił się wypowiedzieć na temat nowego albumu:

INTERVIEW with TEDDY RILEY

Q: So we've seen the tidbits of info about it, but is it true you are working with Michael Jackson on his new album?
A: Yes, to what capacity that I don't know.

Q: What do you mean?
A: Well originally I was planned to QB the album, but now with the number of producers and artists actually working with Michael, non of us are sure what will make the final cut. Michael has his favorites and things, but there is so much more than just personal liking when it comes to what is actually released.

Q: How far along would you say the album is?
A: Well let me put it this way, he has enough material to make an album. He could decide to put them together and release them tomorrow. But he has so many options there would be no point on doing that. The list of people that are working with Michael is huge. In my experience there has never been a bigger production than this.. When it comes to an album that is.

Q: As in the amount of people and work going into it?
A: Well Michael work ethic has always been really high, but yeah Michael contacted people he wanted to work with, they have people that think could participate, and so on. Then there are independent musicians trying to get a hold of Michael. Tapes slipped here and there.. It's endless. His options right now, are increasable. If he were just to release the album now he would not be happy with it.

Q: Does he not think the tracks are up to par?
A: No, it's not that, but for the album to reach it's potential, he needs to listen to every track, experiment with them, see where he can take them. With Michael a track is never finished. There is always something to fix.

Q: How would you describe the sound he's going for?
A: Anything Michael does always have the ‘Michael Jackson' sound. Of course he wants to use current technologies, and specific sounds that are really big right now, but he makes sure the melodic flow of the whole thing is timeless.

Q: So I take it that Michael is working with much more people than what we know about..
A: Oh yeah, it's always like that. Most people don't know that I worked with Michael for the HIStory album too. But our tracks did not make the final cut of the album. So many people are trying to get on Michaels album. I'm not sure if they have gotten the chance to or are scheduled to, but everyone from Chris Brown, T-Pain, R. Kelly.. I heard Kelly created something like 15 to 20 tracks just for Michael and has had it for years just waiting for the opportunity to give it to him. Um Pharrell, Sean Garret... I mean Everyone.

Q: Does he plan to tour?
A: I don't know if he will do the whole big travel thing again. He'll defiantly be performing though. He couldn't stop dancing for anything.

T-Pain również pracuje z Michaelem.



Teddy mówi że współpracuje nad nadchodzącym albumem MJa,że MJ zaprosił go do swego domu,że zrobił dwa kawałki z MJem.

T. mówi również że nigdy nie myślał że Król Muzyki Pop będzie chciał z nim współpracować ,mówi że MJ po niego wysłał i to było dla niego dziwne i zarazem spoko.

W wywiadzie dla niemieckiego RTL Lenny Kravitz powiedział że obecnie pracuje nad piosenką na nowy album MJ'a.

Norweskie media donoszą, że team produkcyjny "Stargate" pracujący m.in. dla Rihanny, Ne-Yo i Beyonce, spotkał się na lunchu z Michaelem. Nie doszło jeszcze do żadnych nagrań. Piosenki napisane przez norweski team są melodyjne i kładą nacisk na wokal Michaela.

T-Pain potwierdza w wywiadzie dla CTVglobemedia, że współpracował z Michaelem przy dwóch piosenkach na jego nowy album, z czego dwie zostały ukończone. Oczywiście jak wszyscy był zachwycony Michaelem i o tym taktuje większa część doniesienia. Pada tam również zdanie, że nie wiadomo czy któraś z tych dwóch piosenek trafi ostatecznie na album, co dotyczy wszystkich kolaboracji Michaela od 2005 roku.

In October of 2008, T-Pain announced that he had finished two tracks with Michael Jackson, which indicates that the third track may have been recorded between November 2008 and now. He actually invited me to his house. So I went to his house and it was pretty much that day where we just hung out. I never thought Michael Jackson would ever work with me. Little by little, the outcome of one of the most important music rumors lately is getting more credible.
In a brief interview with British magazine, „Mojo”, Will I Am offers new details on Michael Jackson’s new album, and describes it as: „An incredible vocal work”.
As usual, of course, the work is a result of a large creative process.
Michael Jackson’s new album, with collaborations by Teddy Riley, Neff-U and Kanye West (among others) is in the works.
The album was initiated in 2006, in Irland, then in Las Vegas.
During the summer of 2007, Will I Am came up with 3 or 4 songs for the album.
Will I Am explains and describes the outcome of the new album for „Mojo” magazine:
„The rhythm is not very erratic / the beats are not too crazy. But, definitely, the vocals are simply incredible. Some songs could stand the test of time / could stay relevant for generations to come.”
