Brian Oxman, long time Jackson family attorney and member of Michael Jackson's defense team has been dismissed. According to court filings, Mr. Oxman was released from his duties effective last Friday. Tom Mesereau, Jackson's lead attorney filed a "notice of disassociation" today in Santa Barbara Superior Court.

There was no reason specified for the apparent firing.

Czyż by Michael był w takiej sytuacji, że nie potrzebuje juz tylu obrońców?

According to Celebrity Justice record producer Rudy Provincio, has talked about discussions between Brian Oxman (Jackson's former legal defense team) and alleged co-conspirator Vinnie Amen.

In the documents, Provincio says Oxman was trying to convince Amen to get Jackson's '93 accuser to write a letter vindicating the superstar.

Hollywood attorney Marci Koch told us that, if the discussions between Amen and Oxman did in fact take place, it could blow up in Jackson's face. "If it's true, it's not the smartest thing in the world to contact a prosecution witness, let alone a key prosecution witness, to scheme with someone who claimed to be a victim of child molestation," Koch observed.

więc Oxman nabroił a gdzie mozna obejrzec jak Mez sie wydziera na niego?

piszą tylko tyle, że Oxman próbował przekonać Amen, aby ta nakłoniła Chandlera (tego, który oskarżał Michaela w 1993) do napisania listu, który broniłby Michaela.

zaraz mu oko wydłubie tym palcem nienawidzę, kiedy ktoś mi tak macha paluchem przed twarzą...

A u Michael'a piszą tak:

"One of Mr. Jackson's attorneys, Brian Oxman, left the team Monday. Lead attorney Thomas Mesereau Jr. announced the departure in a statement that gave no explanation. Mr. Mesereau and Mr. Oxman were seen talking and then giving each other a hug after court recessed for the day. Mr. Oxman did not return a call for comment."

no taak... przytulali się... tylko dlaczego Mesereau był zły i machał tym palcem? ahh... coś tu śmierdzi

Tak między nami mówiąc, nie sądzę, aby Mesereau załawiał sprawy z Oxman'em na ulicy, przy fanach, i dziennikarzach.
To są profesjonaliści i na pewno poszliby z tym na stronę.
Może coś sobie gwałtownie tłumaczyli? Może Mesereau był zły, ale na kogoś innego i stąd jego gwałtowna gestykulacja?
Nie wiem sama, jednakże wersja z ochrzanianiem Oxman'a przy wszystkich wydaje mi się mało prawdopodobna.
